Security and Remote Working

Teamwork is part of our DNA. We all know a little about everything, but only a few are true experts in a specific field. It is through teamwork that the best ideas and solutions emerge.

At INCOFIS we like to see each other, shake hands and talk face to face.

But when that is not possible, we have the best remote working systems. Our software runs on a secure server in the Netherlands, with a level of security comparable to any bank, which allows us to work as if we were in the office.

We can also give clients access, with the restrictions that a good technology architecture provides, for example:

• Our clients can download any tax return, but cannot delete or modify it.
• They can view Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Accounts, but cannot modify, enter or delete journal entries (unless they are given explicit permission).
• View issued and received invoices and see whether they have been collected or paid.

We prefer to meet in person and to see our clients, but when that is not possible, at INCOFIS we will keep working remotely to provide the best service.
